Description: Main Street 1912 On the left is the Pomeroy, Kieling Confectionery and pool hall, the next building is the one brought down from Embry (both are gone), the First National Bank and the Yale all of the wooden building on the right was the Blackwood building, the office of Dr. J.A. Lung, a millinery store and Oberteries Harness Shop, a barber shop, the City Drug Store and on the corner was the store of W.W. Dickson, Chewelah's first mayor.
